  Ordered a couch from them. The delivery guys came through my carpeted apartment and ruined it with their muddy feet. Not wiping their feet or apologizing at all. Then when it came time to assemble it, they put it together wrong leaving out some of the pieces. Instead of explaining that, they just left! They left without saying anything or properly putting the couch together fully. Fridge was supposed to be delivered. It was never delivered when they said it was supposed to. They lied and said it would be delivered between a certain time and yup, it wasn't. They never called or anything to let us know why our product that we are paying for would not be delivered. Then they close at 7pm and we could not get a hold of them to see what was wrong after the time that they were supposed to deliver it. Harassing phone calls, men banging on my door yelling at us, creeping around my apartment building and looking into windows, and when you call to complain they blame you saying to just pay the bill. No wonder why people do not answer their phones when they call.
